Thank you so much for choosing to book with me! Please read the following important information before you book, as booking is considered agreement of the following terms  

If you are unsure which service you require please contact me prior to booking.

❗️I do not work on under 18s except for special occasions/proms - please contact me before booking.

Adult supervision will be required for any under 18's

❗️Please do not bring any children, pets or guests with you.

If you require supervision or assistance please contact me to discuss prior to booking.

❗️I do not remove other techs ACRYLIC work so please come with naked nails if not my work. You may be charged the full service if you ignore this instruction and your service may also be cancelled.

I am able to remove builder gel from reputable salons.

🚬 This is a No Smoking salon.

⏰ Please allow the full appointment time within your diary so that I can ensure we are both happy with the service you receive.

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early as I will not be available to let you in

PAYMENTS

📱Payment on the day should be made via bank transfer or correct cash amount as I do not carry change.

Bank transfer is preferred. There is free Wifi on site to assist with this.

The booking fee for all appointments is £15. This is only payable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

❗️CANCELLATION or NO SHOW on the day will result in the full service amount being due for payment.

Failure to do so will result in all future bookings being cancelled.

If you are more than 15 minutes late this will likely result in your service being reduced or cancelled entirely.

If it is cancelled the full service amount will be due for payment.

❗️I reserve the right to decline or cancel any future bookings.

REPAIRS AND REFUNDS

💅🏻 I offer free repair on all services should you lose or chip a nail. Please contact me to arrange a suitable time slot. Please be aware that during busy times such as Christmas it may not be possible to get you in as quickly as you would like but I will always work to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

If you are unhappy with the service provided please contact me at your earliest convenience.

I do not offer refunds but will repair or remove the nails free of charge, to be agreed between us.

🏠 ACCESS AND LOCATION

To access the salon room, come through the yellow gate to the right of 22 Queen Street property. Go through the grey gate at the end. Keep walking down the side of my house till the garden opens up. My patio doors are on the left.

🐶 My Salon Dog Ziva the Cyprus Poodle is usually with me in the room, your consultation form will allow you to request that she is not there for your appointment and no offence will be taken if you choose this.

She is very calm and will spend the appointment relaxing while we work.

🎁 GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers will be given 6 months expiry date unless discussed with me prior to purchase.

Any lateness or no-show will be dealt with in accordance with my standard T&C.
