Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless previously arranged for mental or physical support, please arrange childcare as chuldren are not allowed.
Clients aged 16-17 must be booked in by an adult and accompanied at all times, and will only be accepted for Prom or Special Occasion One-Off nails.
I do not work on other salons ACRYLICS so please come with naked nails.
Failure to do so will result in your appointment being treated as a no show, and the full service amount will be due.
Please allow the full appointment time within your diary so that I can ensure we are both happy with the the service you receive.
No smoking is permitted during your appointment.
TO BOOK AND PAY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please download my PINK DIAMOND NAILS app on your App Store or click BOOK NOW on my Facebook Page.
Choose the service you require and my diary will open for you to choose your own slot.
If you are unsure what service you require please get in touch to discuss your needs.
Booking fees are applicable for all appointments, however when you choose to book a regular slot these booking fees are waived in order for you to book in several months at a time.
Booking fees are set at £15 for all services. This is only payable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and you will be asked to Bank Transfer on the same day.
If you are a NO SHOW for your appointment or cancel ON THE DAY the service FULL AMOUNT will be due for payment.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel future bookings if you cancel last minute or no-show three times
Please check your emails as the booking app will send a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
Payment on the day can be bank transfer or the correct amount in cash.

REPAIRS AND REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the service provided or you require a repair please contact me IMMEDIATELY so that I can arrange repair or removal at the EARLIEST convenience.
This is to ensure no damage or infection is caused.
All nail repairs are free however if you lose more than 4 nails we may need to consider an alternative product.
I do not offer refunds but I will repair or remove free of charge to be agreed between us.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers have a 6 month validity period.
If you wish to purchase a gift voucher with a longer date please contact me to arrange this.
Gift voucher appointments must be booked in with the App. Booking terms are as above.
Please advise prior to your appointment if you wish to redeem a voucher.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative
